I myself have told them the same things like I told you they took over groups at Carderock a Navy-army base where I worked in the DC area. I also went done to the steps of the capital and they used the capital police as street actors, I was on indian reservations, in the fbi building. I flew to New Mexico and they used the people on the plane as street actors. I have never invovled myself so I have not got into any trouble from the police or other authorities but lost my job, retirement account car and ect from them playing this on me. One thing for sure is it is above the governments technology. They are using a form of a physics theory called electron duplicity. Which means the at any moment an electron can exhist is two places in the universe at the same time. There is initial work being done on this in the US but nothing of this scale. This allows them to fire neurons in the brain to create street actors from anywhere. They also use it to give the extreme headaches they use by dialating the blood vessels in the brain (they said it could be radar but the signator for radar was not always there I have a means of measuring it and gave up for it does nothng but worry myself of the level used) and most of there weapons are from this and can be done from anywhere (I means anywhere in the universe). I have found injecting Imatrex I got from a doctor stops the pain and does so by constricting the blood vessels to the brain. The headaches end in less than ten minutes and do not return for a day or two. This is not a narcotic and is not addictive (no high). Tell your doctor you are having cluster headaches or migrains to gain a written presciption. I also contacted a senator and congressman about it because of the army-navy base they were invovled in and got no where. There was both a congressonal and senate investigation and nothing was found. Good luck in your quest there. If needed I will forward the papers they sent to me. I only feel it hurt my reputation for they can use anyone for their actors and I have seen much. Ammunition Against The REAL Enemy After Us ALL

While movies like Star Wars and the Men In Black series have given us Hollywood's metaphorical versions of 'fictitious' De-Neuralization, (ie: Obe-won Kenobi's "Power of Suggestion" and the MIB's version of "Remote Control" devices), we have all allowed ourselves to believe that : #1 this type of brain (re) programming is something about which our generation will not have to worry and, #2 if it existed, then "the most highly educated population on the planet" would surely be aware of it. Wouldn't we?

Apparently not, because, you see, the whole point to this kind of Mind Conditioning is that it be done in such a way in which the subjects will not even know what is happening, or what has happened, to them. Their Awareness has been eradicated. Now, as far fetched as this scenario may sound, it is not so far fetched to the scientists who actually study the brain and what affects it. It's only "far out" to those who have no interest in the dry and technical study of the brain. That's why they leave the care and feeding of the same to others who are more intellectually inclined towards the subject.

As President Bush declared the 90's to be "The Decade Of The Brain" neuro-scientists came into their own as well as did everything they've learned over the last 50 years or so. Now, after 50 years of investigation, this information has finally started to make it into the public domain via college courses, bookstores, and onto the World Wide Web. However, as dry and dense as some of this information is, the lay-people of this country are beginning to figure out that what's being done to Americans could have come straight out of Aldous Huxley's book : "Brave New World"...

It's becoming increasing clear that De-Neuralization has been deliberately performed on the American Public with the same precision as that done in a hospital operating room, yet not one finger was physically laid upon us by surgeons. As a result of that pre- programming, Genetic and DNA Engineering has been performed on the American Public with the same precision as that performed in a scientific laboratory, yet not one finger was physically laid upon us by geneticists.

If you do not feel particularly De-Neuralized, perhaps that's because it has been done in the most simplistic way possible using the most obvious means necessary and every citizen has allowed this to happen with about as much resistance as one who has been De-Neuralized in the movies. Programmed complacency was the whole idea. You may not be aware of these effects, but this has been most assuredly practiced through a Multi-Level Plan to separate you from the creative thought, the resulting personal autonomy, and individual independence found in your Neocortex.

The main goal has been to make people emotionally insecure by removing them from every safe "Matrix" in life. The end result has created an entire Nation that is fully dependent upon The System for their entire livelihood, whether they work in the system, are placed into The System for care, feeding, or reform, or their civilian jobs support the system. Everything is connected. This has not been done to ensure the survival of "We, The People" - as we have been told. This has been done to ensure the survival of The System and those who make their livelihoods from it.

Level One:

Parental bonding is the first thing to go in this "Brave New Society". This may seem like a small thing, but this sets the stage for the neural and genetic development of the child for life. Unlike we have been told by the science supporting this system, our genetic make-up is not fixed. It can be manipulated before, during, and after birth. Therefore, the earlier a child can be disconnected from it's parent's touch, the more lethal becomes the child's own development mechanisms. This Genetic Engineering, in turn, can then also be passed down to their own children to create an "Instant" brand of total dependence upon the birth of the next generation.

In this Social Manipulation "Project", bonding through prolonged breast feeding is promoted as "un-natural". Simply put, denied this first, safe bonding process, the insecure child is thrown into his "Reptilian Brain" activities, which develop only those neurons used for hostile re-actions. This state produces incoherence and forces the child to remain in "Fight or Flight" mode. When prolonged, this state - induced on any level of this plan -actually suspends the growth of the neural dendrites necessary to access the Neocortex where-in the development of full-understanding, true-peace, and the resulting communication skills necessary for personal autonomy are located.

However, when breast feeding is prolonged to the normal stage, it is documented that children with higher intelligence are produced. The neural-connection between their Neocortex and their Autoimmune System has been secured at least for this stage of life. This is not to say that future damage cannot undo all that this safe "Matrix" previously created. As you will see there are many more damaging levels to this "Project".

Level Two:

The second part of our De-Neuralization is achieved by taking the child from what is hoped to be the safety of his/her home at earlier and earlier "pre-school" ages and placing them into cold, threatening classrooms. However, it is not merely the classroom environment that continues the De-Neuralization Program. The next and 3rd level is Out- Come Based Education forced upon an unsuspecting Public.

Level Three:

It has been proven that if one does not use certain neurons, in this case those in the Neocortex, then they will lose them. This is popularly known as "Neural Darwinism" : The survival of the most used neurons - and the destruction of the least used. This is where Out- Come Based, Rote-"Learning" Programs take over.

Through their Rote-Methods of conditioning, the child is forced to remain in his/her Repitilian Brain, and, once again, they are denied access to the thought processes exercised in their Neocortex. This denial again causes the neurons for autonomy in the Neocortex to atrophy. The Rote-Based "Learning" techniques force the child to then become co-dependent upon the system that is feeding them information designed to kill off the neurons for creative thought and self- autonomy. In short, they simply cannot think for themselves because those neurons don't work anymore.

Where the Creative Arts programs in schools would counter this neural damage and actually re-build the affected dendrites, they, too, are being systemactically eradicted. Hense, the child has no way to combat this De-Neuralization should they even vaguely be aware that this is what is so desperately needed to literally keep the brain cells in The Neocortex alive.

Level Four:
Along about this stage, the 4th part of this project, Television and/or Computer use, is instituted into the child's life - supposedly "as an aid to the development of the imagination and comprehension". However, unbeknownst to the parent, this also causes the child to 1) in the case of TV, refrain from using their own Neocortex to exercise their own inner imagination found there-in and

2) in the case of computers, studies have proven that it's radiant light, ( also from TV's ), actually hinder retention and comprehension as opposed to that displayed when learning either concretely from Reality or from the printed page.

Simply stated, once again, the child is forced into their Reptilian Brain and the Fight or Flight Mode, and it's automatic destruction of "free-thought"-dendrites is enforced not only by the television/computer program taking the place of the child's own imagination, but also through other TV programming mechanisms called "Startles", ( ie: bursts of violence ), that have been incorporated into the programming that cause the same neurological and physiological results as parts 1 - 3 of this Project.

An added bonus with "educational" computer programs is that they are purposefully being designed to cause neural destruction in the neocortex and, at the same time, push the pleasure buttons of the brain to cause addiction to the rote-"learning" processes that are destroying the neurons for personal, creative thought, and autonomy. In this way, the child will actually like the De-Neuralization Project.

Level Five:

When it was discovered that these first few simple and not-so-obvious methods of De-Neuralization were not immediately affecting the population as desired, then the 5th level of the plan was adopted: Vaccine poisoning, which causes the destruction of the very same dendrites on the very same neurons as are destroyed in parts 1 - 4 of this Social Engineering "Project".

At this point, the real, raw results of this neural attack began to be very apparent to those who still had full use of their Neocortex. Parents began to flee The System by the thousands to home school and to protect their children from autoimmune, television, out-come based, and vaccine damages. They thought they were fleeing to the safety within their own homes, but this was not the case. For, as we shall see, in level 6 of this plan, the very same threat was hiding in their very own homes ready to continue the very same neural damages.

Level Six:

Besides the poisons found in vaccines, the FDA also approved the Excitotoxins known as Aspartame and MGS for our food and drink supplies. Therefore, the very same De-Neuralization was designed to ambush these conscientious parents and their children right in their very own kitchen cupboards and refridgerators. The De-Neuralizers had also figured out a way to invade our very own homes through the grocery stores. Once again, the damage was done without the De- Neuralizers personally laying one physical hand upon us.

However, these same parents wisened up again and began to change their diets to include organically grown foods, juices, supplements, and enzyme therapies to protect their children. This action on their part then ended the covert methods of De-Neuralization and forced The System to take more overt measures to ensure our co-dependency upon the same, which, in turn, assures The System's ability to take care of their own families in the way that they've become accustomed.

Level Seven:

Level 7 entails the illegal removal of children from innocent homes by CPS/The Department of Social Services. This has a two-fold result: #1) it guarantees Federal Funding galore for the counties involved in this Federal Fraud and #2) it guarantees personal monetary rewards for social service departments, social workers, and foster care parents who can A) allow more neurological damage to be caused to the child removed from the safety of their own homes, therefore, increase their own salaries and B) adopt them out multiple times for the Federal head-bounty this produces.

Again, the child is pulled from the safety of the "Matrix' of his/her loving Home and forced into the re-actions of their Reptilian Brain and it's Fight or Flight Mode and the resulting neural damages. Again, this procedure destroys the neurons for creative thought and personal autonomy. Personal, ( Neocortex ), Development is once again denied. Instead of helping the child get ready for autonomous life outside of The System, it creates another person even more co- dependent upon it's "help" than they were before. In this level, it's even being reported that The System has also begun to fraudulently abduct the children of the Military as well as those of civilians.

The children who were safely protected from Out-Come Based, Vaccine, and Dietary damages to their neurons and bodies are also forced into the same by these agents of the system upon their placement within The System. However, this is not the only neurological and physiological damage caused by CPS Abductions.

Level Eight:

Level 8 includes severe, purposefully-induced mental, emotional, and physical trauma from which some children never recover. Some are even murdered by their "care-givers". The statisitics now prove that more children within the system are abused when placed in foster homes than if they were left with their own families...

Level Nine:

If the child is still has any personal, "free-thought" neurons working after all of this stress and pressure, then The System forces the child into level 9: Psychotropic drug use. More than half the children in The System are now on these dangerous drugs, some even as young as one year old. They have been proven to cause irreparable liver damage, Parkinsonism's disease, severe permanent facial ticks, as well as suicide. The 1993 Chemical Weapons Convention banns their use, but they are still being forced upon a generation of children in the United States: "The Land Of The Free And The Home Of The Brave"...

Level Ten:

When all else fails, or all else works, depending on the point of view, level 10 of this plan comes to light as "The Mental Illness Screening Program" that will be coming to your school and home very soon. Congress is in the process of legalizing the finishing touches on The De-Neuralization Of America Project through the methods outlined in that Screening Plan. The Homeland Security Bill aids it's implementation by taking away every civil right you have to refuse this "help".

Therefore, Welcome to Aldous Huxley's "Brave New World" where-in The System, run by The Global Market-place and Big Pharmaceutical Companies, have taken control of your every neuron through methods you were completely unaware. The most severe "Side-effects" of this neural damage I've saved for last, because they are the most insidious part of this plan: they have literally caused thousands upon thousands of cases of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Alzheimer's Disease.

In relation to Autism, when the Rote-Reptilian Brain, ( for long-term memory ), was the only part left working in overly "educated", vaccinated, and dietarily poisoned parents, then this damaged state produced genes that were programmed to automatically produce the same neural destruction in their children. Therefore, when the child was born, whether or not he/she lacked prolonged breast feeding, received vaccine and/or dietary poisoning, themselves, the result was that their neocortexes still automatically shut down - at the first sign of a random original thought - and at the first sign of independence. This usually hits children roughly around the age of 2 : the very same age as when "Autism" attacks... Their "free-thought" neurons in their Neocortex automatically withered away to nothing.

When Pre-programmed children are born seemingly "normal", this display of personal autonomy is short-lived. The neurons and pathways to The Neocortex have been pre-programmed to "Self-Destruct" due to methods in levels 1-10 used on their parents. The child's neural dendrites for Neocortex use are, therefore, genetically nipped in the bud. It was the result of the pre-programming for Rote-Processing passed down to them from their parents. This is why Autistic children are stuck in Rote-Mode: repeat, repeat, repeat in Echolalia and rote- linear behaviorisms...Neural damage in the form of axon destruction produce the other sensory impairments that plague these children : aversion to light, noise, and touch, etc...

The Alzheimer's sufferer is enduring the very same fate in their "disease". After all of the Rote-Reptilian Processing to which they are forced to submit, Science has admitted that nothing is left of their Brains, but the same Rote-Reptilian neurons stuck in the very same Rote-Thought processing. One can only begin to guess at the myriad of other physiological results this Social Engineering Project has produced, which our very own tax dollars have brought down upon our Nation.

Level Eleven:

Level 11 of this Project is subversion of the entire population. Who will protect us when we have all been mis-labeled, drugged, and De-Neuralized? Beyond all the other side-effects, this is the one result that should get your attention. This just happens to be the greatest National Security Crisis The People Of The United States have ever faced.

Wake up. Wake Up, America, and find the truth that's been hidden from you in the full-understanding of your Neocortex and once again rise up in defense of PERSONAL Thought and it's resulting PERSONAL Freedom. I urge you to do so quickly - before everyone in the nation is De-Neuralized right before our very eyes - and there is no one left who can neurologically grasp the severity of this situation and save us from it.

This isn't a movie; it's real life. The De-Neuralization Processes are actually happening and have been reported in local and national newspapers, books, articles, medical journals, and on the Internet. The only thing I ask you to do is to figure out which Level YOU are on, and then go do something concrete, creative, and constructive to combat this Engineering Project. That is the one, true road to recovery.

Entweder kommt keine Antwort oder es wird behauptet, dass man die sogenannten "nicht-tödlichen Waffen" nicht kenne. Den Opfern geht es schlecht. Es wird ihnen in Deutschland nicht geholfen. Dabei stellt sich heraus, dass diese Waffengattung vorzüglich geeignet ist, kriminell Verwendung zu finden. Opfer werden abgewiesen, Strafanzeigen werden zum Teil nicht aufgenommen. Messergebnisse werden gefordert und bei Vorliegen nicht bewertet. Die Beamten reagieren mit Ratlosigkeit, Ablehnung und Psychiatrisierung. Man kann mehr als nur schießen und Schmerzen verursachen: man kann mit diesen Geräten durch Wände hindurchsehen und die Menschen in ihren Wohnungen beobachten; man kann Krankheiten (von Durchfall bis Krebs ist alles möglich) hervorrufen, die nicht als künstliche erkannt werden; man kann elektronische Geräte außer Gefecht setzen, indem man solche Geräte zerstört, man kann aber auch nur den Gebrauch boykottieren. Weiterhin kann man mit elektromagnetischen Geräten Stimmen im Kopf eines Menschen erzeugen, man kann Gefühle, Gedanken und Intelligenz eines Menschen kontrollieren, verändern und erzeugen. Ebenso können Träume, Schlaf und Schlaflosigkeit willkürlich von demjenigen hervorgerufen werden, der diese Technik beherrscht und das Gerät dafür hat. Auch kann man - so unglaublich das klingt - Gedanken lesen, und dies schon in einer sehr hohen Qualität. Der so gequälte Mensch hat kaum Möglichkeiten sich dagegen zu wehren, ja er merkt noch nicht mal, was ihm passiert, da er ja nicht weiß, dass er mit elektromagnetischen Wellen besendet oder ausspioniert wird ( https://www.mindcontrol.twoday.net ).

Die nicht-tödlichen Waffen und Geräte zur Bewusstseinskontrolle sind vom Militär und Geheimdiensten seit etwa 1946 (Nazi-Ärzte in den USA) entwickelt worden und unterliegen der Geheimhaltung. Das ist der Grund, dass das Wissen um diese elektromagnetische Forschung in der Bevölkerung nicht vorhanden ist. Vom Europäischen Parlament wurde 1999 gefordert, dass die Geheimhaltung in der militärischen Forschung zugunsten demokratischer Prüfung und Offenlegung solcher Forschungsprojekte aufgehoben werden muss. Es kann nicht angehen, dass an der Bevölkerung vorbei Forschungen mit einer solcher Tragweite betrieben werden. Seit dieser Zeit (seit 1999) scheint aber wenig oder nichts passiert zu sein, was einer Offenlegung und demokratischen Prüfung militärischer Forschungsprojekte entspricht. Wer verhindert das? Es gibt weiterhin ein Projekt der USA in Alaska, das HAARP-Projekt, das weitreichende Umweltauswirkungen hat. Die Regierung der Vereinigten Staaten weigern sich bis heute Einblicke in ihre Forschungen zu geben und lehnen auch Beobachter in den Ausschüssen, in denen über künftige Forschungsprojekte verhandelt wird, ab. Angesichts dieser zerstörerischen Anlage verwundern Klimaveränderung und Umweltkatastrophen nicht (bei Google einfach "HAARP" eingeben oder einfach "mind control for Schroeder & Fischer & Schilly" [ https://tinyurl.com/2lyobn ]).

Unser Grundgesetz enthält in Artikel 20 a die Verantwortung des Staates für die künftigen Generationen die natürlichen Lebensgrundlagen für die Menschen und die Tiere zu schützen. Dies ist durch die Entwicklung der elektromagnetischen Waffen und Geräte nicht gegeben und insofern handelt es sich um einen Verfassungsbruch. Das sind, sehr kurz umrissen, die Projekte, die denen Sorge bereiten, die davon wissen und eventuell davon betroffen sind. Viele Opfer glauben, dass die Geheimdienste mit stillschweigender Billigung der deutschen Regierung diese Waffen an der Bevölkerung austesten. Das würde erklären, warum ein Bundeskanzler Schröder oder ein Bundesinnenminister Schilly in der Vergangenheit auf die Schreiben von Strahlenopfern nicht oder abwehrend reagierten. Die Vermutung, dass die Sicherheitsapparate BND, BKA, LfV außer Kontrolle geraten sind, angesichts der ungesetzlichen Handlungen im Zusammenhang mit den Foltervorwürfen, haben die Opfer von Strahlenwaffen schon seit Jahren. Die Opfer werden ja nicht einfach "nur" besendet, sondern auch rund um die Uhr beobachtet, unterwegs beobachtet, die Kommunikationsmittel werden abgehört und abgelesen usw. Es handelt sich um einen großen Lauschangriff, ohne dass ein Richter seine Einwilligung dazu gegeben hätte. Die Opfer nehmen an, dass Operationen mit dieser Reichweite nur Geheimdienste ausführen können. Die Weigerung der Regierung einen Untersuchungsausschuss einzusetzen, der zumindest die geheimdienstlichen Kriegsoperationen und die Folterzusammenarbeit aufdeckt und die Verantwortlichen bestraft, verstößt gegen unsere Verfassung und ist auch für die Opfer von Strahlenwaffen nicht gerade ermutigend.

Ich bin sicher dass eine breite Kooperation zwischen allen Menschen in der Welt, die die Wichtigkeit des Kampfes gegen die technologische Manipulation des menschlichen Bewusstsein verstehen, sehr nötig ist. Machen Sie nicht die Augen davor zu, dass in Deutschland Menschen mit elektromagnetischen Waffen gefoltert und gequält werden, sonst werden Sie mitschuldig! [Aus dem Vortrag von Friedman Kaiser von der Abteilung theoretische Physik der Uni Stuttgart bei der Konferenz über "Nonlineare Elektrodynamik in biologischen Systemen", er hat beschrieben wie die Anspannung des Nervensystems auf die äußere Frequenz sich entwickelt: regelmäßige äußere Störungen interagieren mit inneren Oszillationen, das System kann mit den äußeren Veranlassungen (Anspannung) synchronisiert sein. Dies ergibt eine scharfe Frequenzreaktion, die ein vielmehr unregelmäßiges Verhalten in der Nähe des Annspannungsgebietes demonstriert. Auf dem Weg von freien zu erzwungenen Oszillationen finden wir in der Nähe des Anspannungsgebietes, eine nonlineare Überdeckung der freien und erzwungenen Oszillationen... das Vorkommen der kräftigen periodischen Zustände mit dem Untervielfachen der Außenfrequenz macht das System fähig sich von anderen Frequenzen auszuschließen.]

Im Januar 1999 hat das Europäische Parlament eine Resolution angenommen, in der es zu einer internationalen Vereinbarung aufruft, die ein globales Verbot für die Entwicklungen von Waffen, die jede mögliche Form der Anwendung an Menschen, ermöglichen könnte. Im Mai 1999 fand die Neurologenkonferenz, gefördert durch die UNO, in Tokio statt. In der Erklärung lesen wir: "heute haben wir intellektuelle, körperliche und finanzielle Betriebsmittel, damit haben wir der Macht auf das Gehirn und können solche Geräte entwickeln, welche Einfluss auf das menschliche Benehmen und Bewusstsein haben, sogar das Bewusstsein steuern oder löschen. Wir hoffen, das diese Kenntniss dem Frieden und der Wohlfahrt dient."

Am 26.07.2001 wurde von dem russischen Präsident Putin ein Gesetz unterzeichnet, welches die Anfertigung und Entwicklung von Geräten, die zu Psychothronwaffen gehören, verbietet.

Im Jahr 2003 hat auf der Konferenz des roten Kreuzes (ICRC) eine Diskussion über neue, nicht tödliche Waffen mit elektromagnetischer Energie stattgefunden. Ein Abrüstungsexperte las aus den Genf Protokoll-Vertragsdebatten 1975 über die Zukunft der Waffen einschließlich, "... geophysikalischer, ökologischer, elektronischer und radiologischer Kriegsführung sowie über Vorrichtungen, die Strahlung, Mikrowellen, infrasonic Wellen, helle Blitze und Laserstrahlen" erzeugen.

SAN FRANCISCO (Business 2.0 Magazine) - -- Two years ago, a quadriplegic man started playing video games using his brain as a controller. That may just sound like fun and games for the unfortunate, but really, it spells the beginning of a radical change in how we interact with computers - and business will never be the same. Someday, keyboards and computer mice will be remembered only as medieval-style torture devices for the wrists. All work - emails, spreadsheets, and Google searches - will be performed by mind control. If you think that's mind-blowing, try to wrap your head around the sensational research that's been done on the brain of one Matthew Nagle by scientists at Brown University and three other institutions, in collaboration with Foxborough, Mass.-based company Cyberkinetics Neurotechnology Systems. The research was published for the first time last week in the British science journal Nature. Nagle, a 26-year-old quadriplegic, was hooked up to a computer via an implant smaller than an aspirin that sits on top of his brain and reads electrical patterns. Using that technology, he learned how to move a cursor around a screen, play simple games, control a robotic arm, and even - couch potatoes, prepare to gasp in awe - turn his brain into a TV remote control. All while chatting amiably with the researchers. He even learned how to perform these tasks in less time than the average PC owner spends installing Microsoft (Charts) Windows. Decoding the brain Nagle was able to accomplish all this because the brain has been greatly demystified in laboratories over the last decade or so. Researchers unlocked the brain patterns for thoughts that represent letters of the alphabet as early as 1999. Now, Cyberkinetics and a host of other companies are working on turning those discoveries into real products. Neurodevices - medical devices that compensate for damage to the brain, nerves, and spinal column - are a $3.4 billion business that grew 21 percent last year, according to NeuroInsights, a research and advisory company. There are currently some 300 companies working in the field. But Cyberkinetics is trying to do more than just repair neural damage: It's working on an implantable chip that Nagle and patients in two other cities are using to control electronic devices with their minds. Already, the Brown researchers say, this kind of technology can enable a hooked-up human to write at 15 words a minute - half as fast as the average person writes by hand. Remember, though, that silicon-based technology typically doubles in capacity every two years. So if improved hardware is all it takes to speed up the device, Cyberkinetics' chip could be able to process thoughts as fast as speech - 110 to 170 words per minute - by 2012. Imagine issuing commands to a computer as quickly as you could talk. But who would want to get a brain implant if they haven't been struck by a drastic case of paralysis? Leaving aside the fact that there is a lucrative market for providing such profoundly life-enhancing products for millions of paralyzed patients, it may soon not even be necessary to stick a chip inside your skull to take advantage of this technology. What a tale your thoughts could tell Brain-reading technology is improving rapidly. Last year, Sony (Charts) took out a patent on a game system that beams data directly into the mind without implants. It uses a pulsed ultrasonic signal that induces sensory experiences such as smells, sounds and images. And Niels Birbaumer, a neuroscientist at the University of Tuebingen in Germany, has developed a device that enables disabled people to communicate by reading their brain waves through the skin, also without implants. Stu Wolf, one of the top scientists at Darpa, the Pentagon's scientific research agency which gave birth to the Internet, seriously believes we'll all be wearing computers in headbands within 20 years. By that time, we'll have super fast, super tiny computers that make today's machines look like typewriters. The desktop will be dead, says Wolf, and the headband will dominate. "We already know we can trigger neurons mechanically," he says. "You can interact directly with the brain without implanted electrodes. Then the next step is being able to think something and have it happen: Flying a plane, driving a car, operating household machinery." Controlling devices with the mind is just the beginning. Next, Wolf believes, is what he calls "network-enabled telepathy" - instant thought transfer. In other words, your thoughts will flow from your brain over the network right into someone else's brain. If you think instant messaging is addictive, just wait for instant thinking. The only issue, Wolf says, is making sure it's consensual; that's a problem likely to tax the minds of security experts. But just think of the advantages. In the office of the future, the conference call, too, will be remembered as a medieval form of torture.

Mr W. S. has suggested that there might be members in this group with knowledge about the testing and implementation of RFID chips in the population.

I discovered two postings from 8 years ago on the subjects in which Mr. S. said, "Kingston, Ontario, Canada is not only home to Queen's University but also in it's vicinity hosting one of the highest concentrations of penal institutions in North America. The local newspaper The [Kingston] Whig Standard (Canada oldest newspaper) run an article ( March 19 1998 page 5) about the new implant chip that can control convicts. It can be traced per satellite or phone systems, and can be used to demobilize carriers even "eliminate" = kill them. The chip is so small that it can be injected into the body (with a vaccination??). This is no science fiction or April fools joke. The American 'promoter' Stephen Carter of a South Carolina based Consulting firm painted a picture of enormous savings to the correctional service by this device, allowing them to totally monitor and control any movement of the convict thus allowing to house them outside of prisons since they can any time be immobilized or "eliminated" herewith removing the need for expensive prisons. They admit that is a "Big Brother" scenario but desperately needed to contain cost to control the rising "criminal" / prison population."

"Dear Mr. S., I discovered your interesting letter on the internet and wish to ask whether you might be willing to share any more recent information about the subject of bio-chip implantation into Ontario citizens.. Having discussed the matter to-day with the security chief of a large retail organization, I was informed that to-date, several thousand bio-chips have already been implanted secretly, into Ontario subjects. These are, I am told, mostly "dangerous" ex- prisoners from Kingston penitentiaries. The location of these implants is invariably in one of three locations; through a molar, into the back of the neck or in the frontal area above the collar bone. Also the implantation must be performed under some form of anaesthetic in order to maintain the secrecy of this illegal operation. [The dental implant might be under the guise of a root canal.] I need to re-visit the individual in order to ask whether the 'elimination' feature is still included.

This gets still more complicated as I believe that I was a test-mule for this device, following an implantation via unecessary root-canal work in 1992. I was purposely criminalized and harrased by the authorities right up until this year...my reputation was destroyed, I was given a phony police profile, etc. Amazingly I was able to see this on a police computer! And to survive 14 years of hell, besieged by neighbourhood vigilante groups, moving about 15 times, employers not paying me; at one point becoming homeless. The purpose of the experiment, I believe, was to simulate a dangerous criminal, [me] and to surveill and follow by all means including GPS, to monitor all vital functions. These activities promptly stopped on Jan. 1 of this year.

I've attempted on two occasions to obtain x-rays but the dentists would flee their offices, upon my arrival. Other attempts at obtaining justice have resulted in doctors refusing to see me, in one G.P. fleeing to Indonesia, in one lawyer quiting her plum job as legal council for the Cambridge Ont. area Children's Aid office, and another lawyer moving away from the Toronto area, to another city. There were numerous other peculiarities. I have been able to link two doctors with MKULTRA-style mind control experiments; these are still being carried out in Canada. It didn't stop with Ewen Cameron and the Alan Memorial hospital.

I am searching for more information, such as:

- any other reports of implantation of these or other prisoners?

- what brand of bio-chip, and manufacturer?

- tech. specs., capacity, functions being used?

- is the kill feature included?

- do the human rights or prisoner-rights people know about this?

I look forward to any information from kind members, and do apologize if I'm a bit out of line.
