In January 2007, Attorney General Gonzales announced that after an internal investigation, the administration would end electronic surveillance of American citizens unless it received a warrant.

This means that the administration must petition the FISA Court if it wants to electronically monitor U.S. citizens.

It is critical that we relentlessly pursue terrorists who seek to do us harm.

However, we must make sure that we do not undermine the very rights and way of life that we are seeking to protect.

While I do not sit on the Senate Judiciary Committee, I will continue to relay your concerns to my colleagues.

In March 1982 Bowden's car plunged off a bridge, into am abandoned rail yard.

His death was listed as an accident.

MISSING PERSON--Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Godley, 49, defense expert, head of work-study unit at the Royal Military College of Science.

Godley disappeared in April 1983.

His father bequeathes him more than $60,000, with the proviso that he claim it be 1987.

He never showed up and is presumed dead.

SHOTGUN BLAST--Roger Hill, 49, radar designer and draftsman, Marconi.

In March 1985 Hill allegedly killed himself with a shotgun at the family home.

DEATH LEAP--Jonathan Walsh, 29, digital-communications expert assigned to British Telecom's secret Martlesham Health research facility (and to GEC, Marconi's parent firm).

In November 1985 Walsh allegedly fell from his hotel room while working on a British Telecom project in Abidjan, Ivory Coast
(Africa).

He had expressed a fear for his life.

Verdict: Still in question.

DEATH LEAP--Vimal Dajibhai, 24, computer-software engineer (worked on guidance system for Tigerfish torpedo), Marconi Underwater Systems.

In August 1986 Dajibhai's crumpled remains were found 240 feet below the Clifton suspension bridge in Bristol.

The death has not been listed as a suicide.

DECAPITATION--Ashaad Sharif, 26, computer analyst, Marconi Defense Systems.

In October 1986, in Bristol, Sharif allegedly tied one end of a rope around a tree and the other end around his neck, then drove off in his car at high speed.

Verdict: Suicide.

SUFFOCATION--Richard Pugh, computer consultant for the Ministry of Defense.

In January 1987 Pugh was found dead, wrapped head-to- toe in rope that was tied four times around his neck.

The coroner listed his death as an accident due to a sexual experiment gone awry.

ASPHYXIATION--John Brittan, Ministry of Defense tank batteries expert, Royal Military College of Science.

In January 1987 Brittan was found dead in a parked car in his garage.

The engine was still running.

Verdict: Accidental death.

DRUG OVERDOSE--Victor Moore, 46, design engineer, Marconi Space Systems.

In February 1987 Moore was found dead of a drug overdose.

His death is listed as a suicide.

ASPHYXIATION--Peter Peapell, 46, scientist, Royal Military College of Science.

In February 1987 Peapell was found dead beneath his car, his face near the tail pipe, in the garage of his Oxfordshire home.

Death was due to carbon-monoxide poisoning, although test showed that the engine had been running only a short time.

Foul play has not been ruled out.

In February 1987 Skeels was found dead in his car, a victim of carbon-monoxide poisoning.

AUTO ACCIDENT--David Sands, satellite projects manager, Eassams (a Marconi sister company).

Although up for a promotion, in March 1987 Sands drove a car filled with gasoline cans into the brick wall of an abandoned cafe.

He was killed instantly.

AUTO ACCIDENT--Stuart Gooding, 23, postgraduate research student, Royal Military College of Science.

In April 1987 Gooding died in a mysterious car wreck in Cyprus while the College was holding military exercises on the island.

AUTO ACCIDENT--George Kountis, experienced systems analyst at British Polytechnic.

In April 1987 Kountis drowned after his BMW plunged into the Mersey River in Liverpool.

His death is listed as a misadventure.

My physical body is burned and emaciated, my skin has been dried and peels off in layers, the corneas of my eyes are misshapen, and the soles of my feet are raw from nightly irradiation.

In this poor physical condition I read the international emails between those who do not know one another. Using the jargon of the industry how many are ‘Perpetrators’? How many are ‘Targeted Individuals’?

The discussions and petty arguments would be comic if these were not murderers or at the very least accomplices to mass murder. And so they further torture and entrap their long-distance victims.

I read as they commence to crash the ideas and hopes of a newcomer to this dreadful scene. Someone to whom the realization has finally arrived, due to the excruciating effects of overt electronic assault, as opposed to covert, that they are a targeted individual, a victim of torture.

Someone who, every day, amidst physical pain, glances back over yet one more episode in their life in an attempt to see just when the horror of their electronic imprisonment commenced.

As the memories rise to the surface, looking back over the days, weeks, months and years the individual re-experiences the misfortunes and accompanying ill-health of former times and recoils in horror “that they did not know why”.

And so they have searched the internet perhaps looking for “weapons”, perhaps “laser”, “microwave” or “radiation”, never dreaming that the description of their lives and their future contacts would be listed under the ominous heading of “mind control”. That is another hurdle to cross, one that may take months or years of overt persecution and countless negative incidents and coincidences to enable the final ghastly realization that they are and have been mind-controlled.

Viewing their life in retrospect the individual recognizes the pattern of how others came into their lives. They recognize the coincidences, the forced smiles, the explicit interest shown in them, the desperate ploys to be associated, all so that a devious, controlling relationship would develop.

They review their relationships with these strangers, who feigned interest and intruded in their lives, determined to fulfil their role of duplicity for the years yet to come.

Not only have these coincidences occurred at the level of ‘friendship’ or ‘relationship’ but in the working life too, even to the extent of the removal of a job, the offering of another.

So now they communicate electronically with another group of strangers, whom they will never meet, the mad, the bad, the evil torturers and murderers and maybe, just maybe, another genuine victim of harassment and electronic assault.

As they search the net, the website topics vary from gang stalking, surveillance, police harassment, New World Order, to mind control and UFO abductions. Many are designed to further entrap the victim, gain their personal information and let the authorities know that the victim is finally aware that their miserable life experience has a human cause. They study pages of fact and fiction, pages of information, disinformation and misinformation. The newcomer will read and realize that what is written does not always match their own experience. It is their own experience that they should believe. They are being assaulted by direct energy equipment, the direction from which they feel the energy coming from, is where it is coming from, it is not coming from satellites or remote computer, radar, radio or microwave sites.

And so to those of you who are ‘Perpetrators’:
Stop obeying orders now.
Cease your servitude to evil and its servants, your masters.
Do not use your time on earth to track, report on and assault other human beings.
Do not waste your life destroying the lives of others.
Instead, dedicate your life, as was originally intended, to working for God, to bring good into the world.

And to those of you who are ‘Targeted Individuals’:
Protect yourselves physically.
Be aware that most of those whom you encounter will not have your wellbeing in mind, even if not originally perpetrators they will have been told lies about you and will act accordingly.
Find other genuine Targeted Individuals.

Anzeigen und Gerichtsverfahren dauern zehn Minuten, da dem Gericht Abhörprotokolle vorliegen, so das nur noch der Freispruch verkündet wird. Dies alles zeigt doch, dass diese Verbrecher unter einflussreichen Schutz der Behörden stehen, und keine Repressalien zu befürchten haben. Diese Mordkommandos werden von den Behörden gedeckt, daran besteht kein Zweifel.

Mit einer Unverfrorenheit und Brutalität werden hier Verbrechen begangen, die von der Behörden gedeckt oder totgeschwiegen werden, damit möglicherweise div. Firmen ihre Mikrowellen Waffen an den Menschen testen können, denn kein normaler Mensch würde sich freiwillig für Testzwecke einer Hochfrequenz Strahlung aussetzen. Ergo, werden unschuldige Menschen mit Mikrowellen- und Abhörterror überzogen.

Beschwerden an die einzelnen Parteien, den Mikrowellen Terror an den Menschen zu stoppen, werden wie ein heißes Eisen behandelt, und an den Petitionsausschuss weitergereicht.

Es ist doch erstaunlich wenn Petitionen an die Volksvertreter mit den Worten beantwortet werden -“wir können nichts dagegen machen“-. Hier liegen so schwere Verbrechen vor, dass normaler Weise ein Ausschussmitglied umgehendes Handeln von der Polizei fordert. Denn, bei einer Petition die einen Mordversuch als Inhalt hat, löst der Ausschuss umgehend eine Untersuchung in der Sache bei den zuständigen Behörden aus.

Wie kommt diese Diskrepanz zustande? Wer hat so viel Macht einen Petitionsausschuss der für die Belange der Bürger da sein soll, so unter Geheimhaltung zu setzen, dass sogar das Gewissen, um nicht zu sagen Schuldgefühle einzelner Mitglieder dabei in den Hintergrund treten müssen.

Wir haben in Deutschland eine Gewaltenteilung, Legislative, Exekutive und Jurisdiktion, die durch gegenseitige Kontrollen die Anwendung überstaatlicher Macht in ein Gleichgewicht halten soll, um den Bürger vor willkürliche Staatsübergriffe zu schützen. Dies scheint hier außer Kontrolle geraten zu sein.

Denn wie sonst kann es möglich sein, dass unzählige Eingaben, Schreiben von Mikrowellenopfer und Terror an die Regierung, an den Kanzler(in) nur mit formalen Vordrucken beantwortet werden.

Dazu gibt es bereits entsprechende Publikationen, wie sie auch in Literaturhinweisen genannt werden. Der Einsatz von Mikrowellen zur Schädigung Dritter wird seitens des Bundeskriminalamtes aufmerksam beobachtet. Bei Vorliegen entsprechender Erkenntnisse wird das BKA im Rahmen seiner Aufgaben als Zentralstelle alle notwendigen Maßnahmen ergreifen, um die Polizeien der Länder zu informieren und Schaden für die Betroffenen abzuwenden." Antwort zu einer Anfrage an die Bundesregierung.

Alleine der Satz, der Einsatz von Mikrowellen zur Schädigung Dritter wird seitens des Bundeskriminalamtes aufmerksam beobachtet.

Wenn man den Einsatz der Mikrowellen zur Schädigung Dritter schon aufmerksam beobachtet, warum wird die Besendung auf Menschen nicht sofort unterbunden? Will man hier abwarten, will man die Auswirkung dieser Hochenergie Strahlung auf das Opfer, auf den Probanden erst studieren, und das unter der Maxime, der Tod des Probanden ist dabei ohne Bedeutung? Das würde heißen, alle Opfer von Mikrowellenterror wären Probanden in einem Forschungsprogramm, dass auch hier in Deutschland aufgelegt wurde, denn hier werden seit Jahren die Menschen besendet und abgehört. Eine andere Interpretation lässt obige Aussage eines Staatssekretärs nicht zu. Hier wäre sofortiges Eingreifen der zuständigen Behörden oberstes Gebot gewesen, und nicht jahrelange Beobachtung der Täter und ihre Opfer.

Wie kann es sein, dass Opfer die mit Hochfrequenz Strahlung beschossen werden, von Polizei, Justiz, Ärzte in ihrer Not nicht für voll genommen werden, sondern als Psychopathen und krankhafte Paranoia bei misshandelten Opfer abgehandelt bzw. diagnostiziert...

Wie kann es sein, dass Kriminalkommissare die ihrem Gewissen folgend, aber auch der Überzeugung sind, dass es Mikrowellen-Verbrechen gibt, jedoch nach einiger Zeit von höchster Stelle von ihren Ermittelungen abgerufen wurden, und/oder unter fadenscheinigen Gründen versetzt, in den Urlaub oder plötzlich monatelang krank wurden. Ja, sogar einen “Maulkorb“ verpasst bekommen, um jedes Interview in Bezug auf ihre Ermittelungen mit der Presse oder privat zu unterbinden.

Eine Polizei Homepage stellt seitenlange Berichte über den Mikrowellenterror ins Internet. Wenn auch abgekupfert bestätigt man damit, dass diese Verbrechen der Polizei bekannt sind und als Tatsachen gewertet werden. Ansonsten würde sich die Polizei lächerlich machen, indem sie nicht glaubhafte Berichte und Informationen über den Mikrowellen Terror ins Internet stellt und verbreitet. Nur, die Frage sei hier erlaubt: Weshalb steht in einer Polizei Homepage keine Erfolgsmeldung über Untersuchungen dieser Verbrechen, oder Verhaftung, Anklage der Verbrecher? Nein, nichts von alldem, hier wird nur im Chor der vielen Berichte mitgesungen. Es zeigt jedoch, die Behörden wissen über diese Verbrechen Bescheid, sie unternehmen jedoch nichts um diese Verbrechen aufzuklären.

Nach STGB liegt hier eine klassische „Strafvereitelung im Amt“ vor, wenn hier die zuständigen Behörden nicht eingreifen da sie u.U. selbst in der Sache involviert sind, würde eine Anzeige hier keinen Erfolg bringen, denn hier wird unverhohlen Machtmissbrauch angewendet, was in keiner Weise gesetzlich abgedeckt ist.

Nach Aussagen einiger Opfer wurden Frauen der verschiedenen Rassen gesichtet, die in einer Nachbarwohnung ein und aus gehen würden, und sich alle 6 – 8 Stunden ablösen. Auch Polizeibeamte in Uniform sollen diese Wohnungen aufgesucht haben. Hier kommt stark der Verdacht auf, dass hier ein Programm abläuft in dem Frauen mit verschiedenen Sprachen und Aussehen an Abhör- und Strahlengeräten bzw., an die Opfer ausgebildet werden. Nach Aussage eines Mikrowellenopfers, sollen Männer eine junge Türkin in die Nachbarwohnung gebracht haben. Dabei ist folgendes Ereignis höchst interessant: das Mikrowellenopfer kam von einem Einkauf zurück, und wollte die Haustür aufschließen, dabei wurde die Tür von innen geöffnet und ein türkisches älteres Ehepaar kam ihr entgegen. Das Opfer fragte das Ehepaar, ob sie jetzt hier im Haus wohnen würden. Die Antwort war: (in gebrochen Deutsch): "Nein, wir wollten uns nur den neuen Ausbildungsplatz unserer Tochter oben ansehen." Dazu führt das Mikrowellenopfer aus: alle sechs Mietparteien im Haus seien Deutsche. In der Wohnung über ihr aus der sie bestrahlt und abgehört wird, lebe nur eine alte Frau ca. 70 Jahre alt. Auch dieser Bericht zeigt viele Übereinstimmung mit anderen Berichten von Folteropfern. Nach diesen Aussagen muss angenommen werden, dass es sich hier um die Ausbildung von Frauen für die sog. Rasterfahndung im Abhör- gleich Strahlenbereich handelt. Sollten sich diese Aussagen bewahrheiten, und daran besteht kein Zweifel, denn auch die Zeiten der sich ablösenden Frauen sowie deren Aussehen wurden genau protokolliert, so wird verständlich warum die Behörden nicht eingreifen d.h. keine Untersuchung vornehmen, da die Verbrecher und Mörder bekannt sind. Sie sorgen durch ihren brutalen Mikrowellenterror für den Nachschub in der Szene. Möglich wäre auch, dass es sich hierbei um private Firmen oder Gruppen handelt die die Frauen an Abhör- und Strahlengeräte ausbilden.

Weitere Informationen sind bekannt geworden! Diese Verbrecher arbeiten zu meist bei abgedunkelten Fenster. Die Fenster werden mit schwarzen Papier ab geklebt, so das eine Einsicht aus den gegenüberliegenden Häusern unmöglich ist. Gearbeitet wird nur unter Schwarzlicht so das keine verräterischen Spuren nach außen dringen. In einigen Fällen konnte man jedoch in den dunklen Räumen durch Tele- Nachtsichtgeräte aus entfernten Wohnhäusern die Beobachtung machen, dass in den “besuchten Räumen“ Geräte stehen, die mit einer roten Warnlampe ausgestattet waren. Das Gerät hatte das Aussehen eines “Galgen Fuß“ mit einem eckigen Gerät das größer als ein Magnetron sein soll.

Sämtliche Berichte der Strahlenopfer zeigen auf, das hier eine Bande von Verbrechern am Werk ist, die mit äußerst brutalen Methoden vor geht, und dabei auch den Tod ihrer Opfer in kauf nehmen.

Hier werden seit Jahren so schwere Verbrechen verübt, dass man sich über die Medien und ihrer Berichterstattung nur noch wundern kann. Ein junger Eisbär der kaum laufen kann bewegt die Medien mehr als die Verbrechen die hier in Deutschland (u. anderen Ländern) unter den Dächern ihrer Häuser verübt werden. Es kann der Tag kommen an dem sie selbst ein Opfer dieses Abhör- oder Strahlen Terrors werden können, doch dann ist es zu spät Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfe in eigener Sache zu erwarten.
